business operations through a group of Canadian based subsidiary
companies. Publicly trading since December of 2000 under the
trading symbol of WHSE (OTCBB) Westsphere has established a significant
presence within the non-conventional (“white label”) banking industry in
Canada through its holdings in Vencash Capital Corporation (ATM
deployment and management) and TRAC P.O.S. Processing Inc. (Point of
Sale deployment and management).
With a goal of being in the “Right Businesses at the Right Time”
combined with the corporate philosophy of “no non equity shareholder
debt” – “no leverage” Westsphere has targeted its’ development on
business sectors that hold the opportunity for both income and growth.
To date these principals have well served Westsphere’s
shareholder/owners.
